Our Mission Statement:

Our mission is to provide scholarship opportunities to Banning High School, New Horizons, and Independent Study School Seniors in Banning, CA.

Current News, Articles, and Events:

Our Chapter currently offers the following scholarships:

*Louise Taylor Scholarship- Funded by a contribution given by a Banning High School Alumni and awarded annually.

Criteria for Selection: Student must be active in school activities or sports; family income is too much to earn Cal-grants or federal money, but not enough that paying for college would be a hardship; and student shows drive and determination to finish college.

*San Gorgonio Pass Rotary Club- Funded by fundraising efforts of the club members and awarded annually.

Criteria for Selection: Community involvement, participation in the high school Interact Club, and at least a 2.5 grade point average.

 

*Banning Kiwanis ClubFunded by fundraising efforts of the club members and awarded annually.

Criteria for Selection: Community involvement, participation in the high school Key Club, and at least a 2.5 grade point average.

 

*California Retired Teachers Association San Gorgonio Pass Division #82- Funded by the organization's scholarship fund. 

Criteria for Selection: Intention to pursue a career in education.

 

*Franklin Family Scholarship- Funded by the Franklin Family

Criteria for Selection: Community service that is not necessarily school related.
